Role Overview

As the Risk Lead, you will join a rapidly growing risk and resilience practice that is working with clients to transform risk and resilience functions using the power of the ServiceNow platform.

Reporting into our Delivery and Consulting Lead, you will be responsible for leading the growth and development of our Risk practice.

So what does that mean in practice?   You will work with other Leads to execute and constantly refine our IRM strategy and plan.  This will include sales and marketing activity such as prospecting for new clients, responding to client requests for proposals and building your personal brand and the Pulsar brand through networking and thought leadership.

A major part of the role is providing leadership and risk / resilience expertise on client projects.  This will involve leading teams and working with senior client stakeholders to ensure we design, build, test and implement ServiceNow solutions that bring extraordinary outcomes to our clients.  

The expectation is that approximately 70% of your time will be spent on client delivery and 30% on sales and marketing activities.    

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with our Partners to win new business.  
  • Using your network and relationships to generate new business.
  • Building your personal brand and the Pulsar brand in risk and resilience.
  • Leading client engagements.
  • Bringing Risk and Resilience expertise to client projects.
  • Building and leading the Pulsar Risk and Resilience practice.

Experience and Skills

  • 5 - 7 year's experience in risk and resilience.
  • Led and developed teams including forming new teams.
  • A reputation in the market as a risk and resilience subject matter expert.
  • Experience in business development.
  • A solid understanding of the risk and resilience technology market.
