Role Overview

As an Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and management of the ServiceNow projects we deliver to our clients.  

Your specific responsibilities will include:

Project Planning and Initiation:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Identify project stakeholders and gather requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Team Management:

  • Assign roles and responsibilities to team members.
  • Monitor team performance and provide necessary training.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Project Execution and Monitoring:

  • Lead project meetings and status calls.
  • Coordinate project activities and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Risk, issues and change requests:

  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Document and manage change requests according to defined processes.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of project activities.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Document project outcomes and lessons learned.
  • Maintain project management software tools and ensure timely updates.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication.
  • Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and buy-in.

Transition to Operations:

  • Oversee the transition of completed projects to operational teams.
  • Ensure smooth handover and support for ongoing maintenance.

Experience and Skills

  • 5 – 7 year's experience in project management
  • Previous experience implementing ServiceNow
  • Desirable but not essential is project managing risk and / or HR projects.
