Role Overview
Our Organisation Change Analysts focus on managing the organisational and people-related change impacts relating to our client engagements. Working as part of an overall integrated team, you’ll work alongside colleagues to ensure that we have an end-to-end plan and that Change-related activities are given as much consideration as technical activities.
Typically working as part of an Organisational Change Management (OCM) team, you’ll be deploying our Business Change framework and toolkit to design and deliver change strategies and interventions that are relevant for the client and specific scenarios of each implementation.
As a Business Change Analyst, you will work with other members of the OCM team to both deliver client engagements, as well as further develop our approaches and capabilities, contributing to the overall Pulsar approaches.

- Ensuring that your work packages are integrated (as appropriate) with other OCM modules and more broadly, that dependencies across the programme are identified
- Support effective engagement, both with client representatives and the broader Pulsar team
